Assistant Director for Lourdes! The Musical!

About the Show

A musical about miracles and the people who stage them.

On the day Matthew’s life is finally about to begin, he receives news that changes him forever. Forever and ever, amen.

Instead of facing reality, he runs to the pilgrimage site of Lourdes, where faith is spectacle and a ragtag troupe of pilgrims are staging an amateur musical about Saint Bernadette.

From the company behind the award-winning musical Oliver Cromwell is Really Very Sorry ( ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ The Irish Times) comes a sick new musical packed with holy bangers, emotional belters and a nun with a habit for DJing. We are recruiting for an Assistant Director to support our team in delivering our new show: Lourdes! The Musical!, which is rehearsing in London and premiering in Ireland in October 2026.

Role Overview

Lourdes! The Musical!’s Assistant Director will work closely with the show’s Director, Cast and Creative Team to provide support to the company in achieving the vision and delivery of the full creative production.
